WSTranslation ensures the quality of our translations by providing a 100% Money Back Guarantee on Gold Level translations. At the Gold Level, we guarantee to provide a translation that meets your expectations of quality or we will refund your money.

If you, the customer, are not satisfied with a Gold Level translation created by WSTranslation, WSTranslation will take commercially reasonable effort to correct any inaccuracies or grammatical problems within the translation. If you, the customer, are still not satisfied WSTranslation will refund 100% of the charges associated with that specific Gold Level translation.

Terms and Conditions of Free Quotes

WSTranslation provides Free Quotes before translating documents. WSTranslation will not charge for the Free Quotes. These Free Quotes are provided as a “good faith” and best estimate to set the expectation for what the actual translation will cost.

WSTranslation guarantees that the price to be charged for the translation will be within 10% of the actual translation. If the translation is determined to be more than the Quoted amount, a representative from WSTranslation will notify the person or company requesting the translation and provide justification for the increased cost. The person or company may then approve the change in projected price or cancel the request for translation. WSTranslation will not bill for any projects that have not been approved by you, the customer.

Levels of Customer Specified Translation Quality

WSTranslation provides several levels of translation quality to meet the needs of each customer. All levels of translation quality are commercially reasonable. However, some customers need a higher level of quality. The levels below indicate the level of translator review and professional editorial intervention on your project.

Each translation is performed to the required level of quality and priority that you specify. In most cases, a digital (word processing document or image file) version of the source material to be translated is used to perform the translation. If a digital version does not exist, WSTranslation may be able to digitize paper documents or electronic images on your behalf.

If a digital version of the source language document exists, a document upload feature exists on our secure WSTranslation.com web site to allow you to deliver your project to WSTranslation for processing. Upon successful completion of the translation, you will be able to download your translated documents from our secure web site.

A Quality Assurance Manager, whose responsibility is to oversee the progress and successful completion of the translation, manages each translation. The translation process is managed using our automated workflow processing. You may monitor the progress of your translation project using our secure web site dashboard.

Bronze Level

The following are the steps performed to ensure a Bronze Level of Quality translation.

  1. Translator selects and initiates project via the automated workflow system.
  2. Translator imports document into our proprietary software called Fluency™.
  3. Translator translates your entire document using Fluency™.
  4. Translator performs a thorough, single pass, final review.
  5. Translation is exported to final file output.
  6. Translator identifies project as completed.
  7. Quality Assurance Manager notifies you that your translation is complete and either processes your credit card payment or provides you with an invoice.

Silver Level

The following are the steps performed to ensure a Silver Level of Quality translation.
  1. Translator selects and initiates project via the automated workflow system.
  2. Translator imports document into Fluency™.
  3. Translator translates the entire document using Fluency™
  4. Translator reviews the document and forwards it to an editor through the automated workflow system.
  5. An in-house professional editor for the target language performs a final edit of the document.
  6. Translation is exported to final file output.
  7. Editor identifies document as completed.
  8. Quality Assurance Manager notifies you that your translation is complete and either processes your credit card payment or provides you with an invoice.

Gold Level

The following are the steps performed to ensure a Gold Level of Quality translation.
  1. Translator selects and initiates project via the automated workflow system.
  2. Translator imports document into Fluency™.
  3. Translator translates the entire document using Fluency™
  4. Translator reviews the document and forwards it to a reviewer through the automated workflow system.
  5. A Second Translator (reviewer) retrieves the document from the workflow system.
  6. The Second translator reviews the translation from the first translator, comparing it against the source document corrects all errors encountered and then forwards the reviewed document to an editor.
  7. An in-house professional editor for the target language performs a final edit of the document.
  8. Translation is exported to final file output.
  9. Editor identifies document as completed.
  10. Quality Assurance Manager notifies you that your translation is complete and either processes your credit card payment or provides you with an invoice.
